RUMCk Semi-Annual Consignment Sale
March 6 & 7, 2020
- Friday, March 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (no strollers allowed before noon)
- Saturday, March 7 from 8 a.m. to Noon (most items ½ price)
Sale Location: RUMC Fellowship Hall, “B” Building
There will be three overflowing rooms from more than 200 consignors and great prices on gently worn spring & summer children’s clothing and accessories (newborn – size 14), as well as maternity clothing, baby equipment, nursery décor, play sets, books, DVDs, toys, and much more.
We are a non-profit consignment sale with all proceeds benefiting the RUMC Preschool and Kindergarten (RUMCK). Donated items are given to the Foster Care Support Foundation.

Would you love to cash in on your kids’ outgrown clothing and unwanted baby/children’s items? Instead of dealing with a yard sale, BE A CONSIGNOR at RUMCK’s Spring Consignment Sale! We’re accepting gently worn spring & summer children’s clothing and accessories (newborn – size 14), as well as maternity clothing, baby equipment, nursery décor, play sets, books, DVDs, toys, and more! Consignor registration is now open; see the links below. All proceeds will benefit the RUMC Preschool and Kindergarten (RUMCK). Donated items are given to the Foster Care Support Foundation.* Consignors keep 70% of price minus $7 processing fee.

This is a Federal law and all manufacturers, retailers, and resellers, including all consignment stores and consignment sales, must comply with the law.- Consignor Drop-Off Instructions-
Thursday, March 5, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Please bring your clothing sorted by gender and size to facilitate drop-off.
All items MUST have a barcode tag from My Sale Manager attached.
All electronic items must have functioning batteries.
We estimate drop-off will take about 30 minutes.
1. Drive to the back of the “B” Building and park your car.
2. Stop at the check-in table first to sign in and fill out paperwork.
3. Have your items checked for stains, worn, and recalled items.
4. Hang your clothing items and take toys and baby items to respective rooms.

Our sale is run solely by volunteers!
As an incentive, each volunteer that signs up and works a shift may shop at our PRESALE* on Thursday night.
The presale hours are 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
*NO CHILDREN are allowed at the Presale.

There is free childcare for all volunteers working Thursday and Friday mornings.

Childcare for children not attending preschool from 8:30a-12:30p
After you have selected a shift to work, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a space in early drop off and/or childcare.

RUMCK Consignment Shoppers and What’s New
Pre-Sale HoursThursday, March 5 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
*Volunteers that work TWO shifts any time during the sale can start shopping at 7 p.m.
*Volunteers that work ONE SATURDAY shift can start shopping at 7 p.m.
*Volunteers that work ONE shift on Thursday or Friday can start shopping at 7:30 p.m.
