Fun, friendship & faith for the littles
Parents Morning Out
RUMC’s Parent’s Morning Out program strives to help our smallest community members build a faith foundation and social skills in a safe, nurturing environment, while allowing busy parents to take some time for themselves.
PMO is open to everyone, not just church members.

Tuesday – Friday, 9:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
ages served:
Children 3 – 18 months
Children 18-36 months can be accommodated if they are already enrolled in the RUMCK Preschool or on their waitlist.

REGISTRATION
2020-2021
Registration begins in February 2020 and remains open as long as space is available.
State regulations require that children may only attend PMO for a total of 8 hours or 2 mornings per week.
This does not affect attendance at any other church function. Our staff members are CPR/First Aid-certified, have had background checks and “Abuse Prevention and Intervention Procedures” training and certification.
PMO is not licensed as a childcare learning center and is not required to be licensed. Therefore, the program is not required to comply with the Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning rules for childcare learning centers. We do make every effort to comply with all state rules even though we are not required to do so. Bright from the Start does not regulate or routinely inspect this program and would only monitor the program to determine or verify compliance with exemption criteria and requirements. The facility must meet all local requirements, such as complying with building, zoning and fire requirements. You may contact Bright from the Start at (404)657-5562 with questions regarding the Exemption status of Parents’ Morning Out.
