This is an ongoing small group that is open to all women who want to connect and journey together while enriching their lives through faith and friends. We engage in a variety of studies and enjoy the conversation that helps us grow both personally and in faith. Come and sit with us.
What the Women Saw: Discovering Jesus Through the Eyes of Women
Do women matter in the kingdom of God? Jesus had both men and women who walked with him during his ministry on earth. He saw, valued, and cared for women then and still does today. Each one of us is created to fulfill a significant role in His kingdom work.
In this six-week study, we will discover who Jesus is through the eyes of women in the Bible. We will look at the lives of Mary, Martha, Mary Magdalene, and others. We will look at both their faith and their failures, and see how Jesus cared for, equipped, listened to, walked with, healed, and empowered them.
