FITNESS & RECREATION
"Present your bodies as a living sacrifice that is holy and pleasing to God.
This is your appropriate priestly service."
Here at RUMC, we believe this call to holy living is an offering of our whole selves: mind, heart, and body. One final piece of this call to holy living is to care for and offer our bodies to God so that God may transform us inside and out. We hope you will join us as we seek to honor our bodies through health and fitness.
