This class offers a little bit of everything: cardio, weights, core, and flexibility training. Divided into 20 minute segments, you will get a full body workout with plenty of variety.

PiYo
PiYo combines the muscle sculpting moves of pilates with the flexibility moves of yoga and adds in nonstop, fluid movement set to some amazing music. Bring your yoga mat and get ready to sweat!

Gentle Yoga
This gentle yoga class moves at a slower pace, so it is accessible to people of ALL ages and fitness levels. Expect an atmosphere of safety, compassion, and acceptance. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and improve strength and flexibility. Each class incorporates Sun Salutations, basic balancing postures, restorative back bends and basic twists. Beginners welcome!
