Parents Morning Out

RUMC offers loving, trustworthy child care in a Christian environment to busy parents in our community and our church for children 3-36 months old. Our hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Our staff members are  CPR/First Aid-certified, have had background checks and “Abuse Prevention and Intervention Procedures” training and certification. While you don’t need to be a member of RUMC to utilize PMO, we invite you and your entire family to join us in worship and for the numerous activities offered at RUMC for all ages.

Our Vision

Parents’ Morning Out strives to build a faith foundation and social skills in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. We offer age-appropriate learning activities including Bible stories, art, music, and language building activities. Young children have the opportunity to interact with their peers and caregivers who provide Christian examples of love.

Registration for 2018-2019. Registration has begun for the 2018-2019 school year and will remain open into the school year as long as we have space available. Thoughts on Parents’ Morning Out RUMC’s Parents’ Morning Out program is convenient for parents looking for part-time care for little ones. When I left my then 18 month-old there, he had never been with anyone but family members. The amazing director, who is also a mother, and loving teachers helped ease my little boy out of his routine of being with a stay-at-home mom all of the time and ease this first-time mom into a comfort level that allowed me to leave him! I have never doubted the kindness and expertise of these amazing women and tell all my friends and family that when we started there, my little boy was adopted into their loving family and gained three new family members. Our family feels so blessed to have such wonderful women taking care of our little boy and socializing him with other kids. The program is a great value- both monetarily and developmentally. ~ Jennifer Spick  (Fan of Parent’s Morning Out at RUMC.)
