Family Promise of North Fulton/Dekalb (Interfaith Hospitality Network) RUMC joined a network of 12 other churches and synagogues to house homeless families (up to 14 people) in our church 4 weeks of the year. Hosts, meal providers, set-up and tear-down, and donations will be needed as we minister to these guests. Click here for information and to sign-up. MUST Summer Lunch Program Tuesday, May 28 - Friday, August 9 Volunteer to deliver lunches, ready lunches for delivery, or donate lunches. Click here for information and to sign-up. MUST Driver/Rider Training - Attend one session. Information about our routes and how-to's will be shared. Previously located in Sandy Springs, we are delighted to welcome Pastor Jorge Henao and his wife Luz Cano as leaders of the congregation. HomeStretch Volunteers needed as family and budget mentors to work with families as they journey toward self reliance and stability. HomeStretch serves homeless families by providing housing, case management, Life Skills classes and mentoring. HomeStretch Inspection Team Conduct a monthly walk through of HomeStretch apartments as part of the program to guide families to stability. Volunteers would serve about an hour a month to be a housekeeping inspector - times are flexible. Teams of two are ideal - serve with a friend. North Fulton Community Charities GED Tutors needed. No experience necessary.
