Chapel and Sanctuary are available for wedding ceremonies.
Scheduling
Weddings may be scheduled up to one year in advance for RUMC members. Non-member weddings may be scheduled six months in advance. Weddings are not held on holidays or major holiday weekends. Dates must be reserved through the Wedding Coordinator.
FacilitiesThe Chapel, which seats 400, is well-known in the Roswell area for its rich wood interior and magnificent stained glass windows. The octagonal shape provides an intimate setting for your wedding.
The Sanctuary, which seats 2,000, also combines rich woods and stained glass for a beautiful setting. Music from the 94-rank Moller pipe organ will showcase your walk down the long center aisle.
Engagement SeminarOur clergy want to share with you the excitement of your upcoming wedding! RUMC offers one-day Engagement Seminars to help you get a head start on building a healthy marriage. The seminar, led by clergy and other professionals, focuses on Christian marriage, communication, sexuality and finances.
While the seminar is not mandatory for those being married at RUMC, attendance is strongly encouraged. It is open to all engaged couples, regardless of the location of the wedding.
