EXHIBIT DATES                               November 18, 2012 - January 6, 2013

APPLICATION-ENTRIES DUE       October 18, 2012

RESPONSE TO ARTISTS               November 1, 2012

DROP OFF WORK                           November 15, 2012 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

OPENING RECEPTION                   Sunday, November 18, 2012 – Noon to 1 p.m.

PICK UP WORK                                Monday, January 7, 2013 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

 

 

ART REQUIREMENTS  Two-dimensional and three-dimensional hanging works (no more than 3” deep; maximum size of 48” in any one direction, including frame), three-dimensional pieces (maximum size of 14.5 w x 27 h x 13 d).  Any medium.  Larger pieces will be considered on an individual basis.

 

DIGITAL IMAGES    File types accepted:  JPEG, TIFF, PNG.  Maximum size no larger than 1,000 pixels at 72 dpi.  NO PHOTOGRAPHS OF ARTWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

TO APPLY    Send a maximum of six (6) images (a maximum of 3 will be selected if accepted) depicting your interpretation of When Eternity Came to Earth.  Remember that this gallery is located in a church.

 

EMAIL  One image at a time to visualarts@rumc.com

 

MAIL A CD    You may also mail a CD of your images along with your printed entry form to Charis Gallery, Roswell UMC, 814 Mimosa Blvd., Roswell, GA, 30075.

 

Images must be received by May 15, 2012.
