Our series of Apostle paintings (including Paul) has found a permanent home in the hallway east of the South Narthex.
In 1994, these beautiful paintings were donated to the church by several RUMC members. Beside each painting hangs a description of the Apostle's life and how painter, Kenneth Wyatt, "found" the model that captures the essence of that Apostle. Wyatt described his paintings thus: "Each one different, each one a challenge, each one taking shape on the woven threads of cloth, with layer upon layer of paint until that Apostle looked out from the canvas onto the world that he was called by Christ to save and serve."
