Compassion. Support. Healing.
Support Groups at RUMC
If you have lost a loved one and are seeking guidance or support on your journey to healing, please join us at Grief Share. This group offers a Christ-centered, scripture-based course to guide you through the grieving process. Church membership is not required to participate.
The Dementia Caregivers’ online support group will meet via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. To receive a link to the meeting, please contact Toni Fagan.
An in-person meeting will be held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 10 a.m. in room B317. This group is led by the Dementia Spotlight Foundation. CaraVita Home Care will provide care at RUMC, at no cost, for care receivers during the in-person meeting.
Survivors of suicide
RUMC is home to approximately 30 weekly 12-step meetings, located in the Counseling Center. Groups are peer-led, open to everyone, and offer a helping hand to individuals, friends and families.
