Do hiring managers say “Wow” about you at the end of your interviews? If not, then it is probably taking you too many interviews to get a job offer. Jay is the creator of the Wow! Interview and has shared his secrets of getting the offer to over 10,000 professionals in career transition. The average candidate gets the offer 12% of the time. Based on a survey of 100 candidates that have used Jay’s program, they were successful 46% of the time.

Jay has been the leader of RUMC Job Networking since 1997. Jay and the RUMC Job Networking volunteer team provide the resources and training to thousands of job seekers in the Atlanta area each year.

Jay is the Sales Director for the Southeast Region at MapR Technologies. MapR gives their customers the opportunity to store and analyze enormous amounts of data as one of the leading Hadoop distributors in the Big Data space.
